ELF works to bridge the gap between the education system and the skills learners need to succeed in a global marketplace. We support educators and promote equitable learning environments so more young people can access quality, relevant, and inclusive education.

To transform education in Tanzania by developing and supporting highly effective teachers and leaders, creating innovative and inclusive learning models, and advocating for a safe, equitable, and technology-enhanced educational environment for every child.
