Who we are
ELIMUPLUS-LINK FOUNDATION (ELF) is a Tanzanian-based non-profit organization founded by educators, community leaders, and reformers. We work to bridge the gap between the education system and the skills learners need to succeed in a global marketplace—by supporting educators and creating equitable learning environments.
To transform education in Tanzania by developing and supporting highly effective teachers and leaders, creating innovative and inclusive learning models, and advocating for a safe, equitable, and technology-enhanced educational environment for every child.
We put learners first and work with schools, communities, families, partners, and existing systems to pursue sustainable educational change.
